I must congratulate the band on their performance last Friday evening in the Cwmfelinfach Community Centre. Every listener spoke highly of the band and programme. Well done all.
We had a very disappointing result back last month in the Ebbw Vale Brass Band Contest. Lots of slips let us down on the day. We look forward to the next contest in October and will do our very best to have a much better result.
We are sorry to have lost one of our solo cornet players recently who have decided to try pastures new. We wish them all the very best for the future.
